We upgraded from a Behringer mixer and the difference was noticeable instantly.

Love this mixer. I replaced an old Phonic mixer with this one. The improvement in sound quality was obvious. Much more transparent and clearer. I thought my set up sounded good before but now it is even better.

We were looking for a small format mixer for our drummer to mix track, click, drum pad, and a midi controller. We wanted to control the mix for each ear going to the phones and still have a stereo feed for the FOH. After searching all day at NAMM the EPM8 was exactly what we were looking for. By looping the two aux out ports back into the 2 track inputs, we have full control of the phones mix without having to add an external headphone amp. And it looks to be built with the quality you expect from a Soundcraft mixer.

This is a really impressive little mixer. The preamps have plenty of headroom, which is often a problem on smaller, less expensive boards. Great EQs with sweepable mids, and the 2 pre/post switchable AUX sends, are features not found on most mixers of this size. The way the power cord connects is just stupid, but it's not really a problem unless you're OCD like me.
