Xmas gift so he's not received it yet. As the giver, it's a beautiful instrument with beautiful sound. Nice case. Diff from pic: the plug is at the bottom and it does have recesses where you hold it so it won't put extra pressure in your palm. This was a concern for me so I'm happy.
I would buy this product again.
