Good, sturdy bracket. Priced well also. The only thing that would make it better is if felt or rubber pads were added to clamp to minimize any damage to the bass drum hoop. I added self-adhesive felt to mine.

This cowbell holder is great! It's sturdy, easy to mount and use, and it doesn't require a drum key to adjust. There are only a few places necessary to adjust and it just does the job and gets out of the way. I had a DW one that looked cool but was much more difficult to adjust. It was also a bit bulkier.
Best Bass Drum Cowbell Mount Ever

Rock solid, holds well, super adjustable, had to put a piece of felt between para clamp and hoop to protect from damage, and the tightening screw under cowbell could be mounted on side like a lot of bass drum pedals it can be in the way of lowering cowbell past a certain point. That being said it is the best one I've used in 30 years of playing and being a professional drum tech.
