Description
The TC Electronic 3rd Dimension Chorus pedal brings you back to the lush, modulated tones of the eighties. With the 3rd Dimension, TC Electronic recreates analog chorus magic through an ingenious BBD design. The pedal gives you four preset buttons, letting you move from subtle thickening to swirling, dimensional modulation in an instant. True bypass switching ensures your core tone remains unaffected.
Shape Your Sound With Four Distinct Chorus Presets
The 3rd Dimension chorus pedal streamlines sculpting your ideal modulated tone using four preset buttons. You can move from a gentle chorus sweep to more pronounced warbling with a single tap. The four presets range from adding just a hint of dimension to your sound, to taking it on a swirling journey through space. With the 3rd Dimension, you have instant access to the exact chorus flavor you need in the moment, whether a subtle shimmer or otherworldly undulation.
Harness the Magic of Vintage Analog Chorus
Within the 3rd Dimension chorus pedal, TC Electronic expertly recreates the opulent analog chorus tones that defined a generation of music. Through its ingenious circuit design, the pedal conjures the lush, three-dimensional chorus sound that carved out the definitive guitar tones of the eighties. Using analog Bucket Brigade Delay (BBD) technology, it thickens your tone with dimension and motion reminiscent of vintage units, but with modern reliability.
True Bypass Keeps Your Tone Intact
The 3rd Dimension features a true bypass design, meaning when the pedal is off, your signal flows directly from input to output unaltered. This keeps the pedal from coloring your core tone when you don't want chorus applied. True bypass is essential for maintaining the integrity and clarity of your guitar's natural voice.

Features
- Authentic recreation of popular vintage chorus pedal
- Unique 4-button selection system
- Legendary, all-analog BBD (Bucket Brigade Delay) circuitry
- True bypass for ultimate signal integrity
- “Built-like-a-tank” metal chassis

clone of a clone
This appears to be a clone of parent company Behringer Space-C which is a clone of seminal Boss Dimension C. I have to draw a comparison to both because there really isn't another effect like these 3 stomps. So basically the 3rd Dimension operates much like a Space-C where each button increases a preset amount of modulation without bothering with dials. The difference between the Space-C & 3rd Dim. versus the original Boss design is that you could only press one button down at a time with the Boss whereas these you can press multiple buttons giving you a lot more diversity. Now that could be an argument: Why would anyone want to buy a pedal that seems so limited using preset buttons? Well, buy one of these and you will find out my friend as these the presets chorus effects sound great and have been used by countless studios on countless albums. With used Dim C's going for huge money you can't go wrong with this and you get two additional features: True Bypass and more diversity with multiple button selection.

Failed after a few uses
One of my kids bought this for me as a present. Was happy with it the handful of times I used it but it failed and is unusable. Crazy to think considering I never had a pedal fail before and have some that are 40 years old.

#sweepstakes Great for the price. A little thin sounding but compared to spending $200+ for the Boss, I think it checks all the boxes for what it is. Surprised at how heavy/sturdy the enclosure is. It gets the sounds that I was looking for at an affordable price. Great line of pedals
Great on Synth

This would be a dissappointment for guitar due to limited tweaking and basically one sound with different levels of intensity. Plug it into a synth and it shines. I use it on my Arturia Micro Freak along with a behringer vintage delay. I set it and never turn it off. Combined with delay I get swirly chorusy goodness I can push to self oscillation, its apedal made for synths. Considered a tc June60 but this is superior. Keep in mind its a one trick pony.
Nice for first pedal board. Maybe a longterm keeper.

A cover of similar Dimension C pedal. Light to lush chorus depending on the combination of the buttons pressed...16 sound selection from a combo of four buttons. Doesn't offer stereo output, but that's ok. 80's classic guitar tone if that does anything for you.
Great pedal for the price!

High quality, built like a tank. Great sound quality, just wish it was a little smaller.
Excellent chorus

Perfect chorus depending on what you want out of a chorus. I don't detect much warble with this one. Just a chorusy sound that sits still. Nice.

Is the input (and output) stereo or mono? I want to connect to a Roland keyboard with separate R & L outputs
They're both mono.
