Description
The TC Electronic BonaFide Buffer is a must-have mini pedal that prevents the loss of high frequencies and dynamics that naturally occurs from long cable runs. Squeeze in this ultracompact buffer between your guitar and the first pedal in your signal chain to maintain your pure uncolored tone, no matter how far your sound has to travel. With its analog circuitry, the BonaFide provides natural, transparent buffering that doesn't color your tone whatsoever.
Fight Signal Loss With Analog Buffering
The BonaFide was designed to solve a common problem for guitarists—signal degradation over long cable runs, which robs your tone of crisp treble content and dynamics. The BonaFide's transparent analog buffering strengthens your guitar signal, ensuring it arrives at your amp or audio interface as strong and clear as when it left your guitar. Place it first in your signal chain, and you'll hear a more lively, detailed tone from your rig. The difference is especially noticeable when using over 15 feet of cable.
Compact Size Saves Precious Pedalboard Space
In a mini enclosure just 3x4", the BonaFide consumes minimal space on your pedalboard. Its tiny footprint lets you seamlessly integrate buffering without compromising your other effects. Plus, it can easily fit on even the most cramped boards. With the BonaFide, you don't have to sacrifice pedals or rearrange your board to make room for high-quality buffering.

I run my vocals through a flashback x4 and I allways would get complaints from sound guys saying "you're vocal sounds muddy". I tried changing my cabling, my DI box but nothing fixed how dull I sounded until I brought in the buffer! Definitely would recommend to anyone using guitar pedals on their vocal.
Good buffer

Does exactly what it say's it does, I've A/B'd it going directly into my Amps with my Guitars , then Plugging into my Pedal Board then into the front of my Amps, , without the BonaFide, the high's had been rolled off due to my cables and Pedal Board , With the BonaFide buffer , it gave me back the high's and clarity that the cables thru the pedal board robbed me of. I'm using very good Gold Plated Monster cables, and Wampler, Fulltone pedals., it's just the nature of impedance imbalance. You spend a lot of money on your Amps/Pedals, Speaker Cabs, cables don't let tone suck rob you . Buy It!
