Thomastik-Infeld Plectrum Acoustic Guitar Strings are soft sounding and have low tension on the bottom end. The plain strings are made of brass coated steel. The wound strings have a silk inlay combined with a highly flexible steel core. A, D, and G strings are polished bronze flatwound, while the low E is polished bronze roundwound.
Gauges: .012 - .015 - .024 - .033 - .044 - .059.

    This set went on a Taylor that is played through a sound system a church. The strings are top quality and you will immediately notice that they come up to tune extremely quick and lock right on. A gentle stretching and retune and they stay better than about anything used so far. Love the acoustic sound which which with having a soft core is a softer more refined sound. Not a bright bouncy sound but quite nice and very accurate in my opinion. Play like a dream and my reduced string tension resulted in a lower easier playing action. Under power you will need to reset the channel on the board to your taste as these will be somewhat less on volume. Time will tell on how they last. 😀😀😀
