I put the Thomastik JF365 Flats on my 5 string Ibanez BTB775. NICE!!! I had Rotosound Heavy Gauge Jazz Bass Monel Flats but the Rotosound over tone timbre is not as balanced from string to string and the Thomastik have better sustain and tone overall. I'm not a pro but I play live 1-3 times a week and I'm a compulsive nut when it comes to sound and these sounded good enough that I said wow to myself. Seems like they have more output and range of tone too.
