This two-pack contains two felt washers, two quick-release nuts and two height-adustable cymbal sleeves. Made out of Derlin, a semi-crystalline, engineering-grade plastic with high strength, stiffness and dimensional stability. With a design to wear to prevent damage to cymbals, this product is replaceable for extended use.

    If you want something to sit on top the cymbal and come off easily, then this is perfect! If you want something that won't fly off when hit hard or in the case, then try Tama or Vater. Probably the reason why Trick artists only use the pedals and or drums. Probably made for light jazz drummers!

    These things work really great for set up and tear down, making getting cymbals on and of stands in seconds, yet keep the cymbals on the stands securely without any fear of them popping off. The base threads onto your stand post and the metal lock is kept on by spring loaded balls that sit in a groove on the base. Press down on the lock and the locking balls are released enough to let the lock effortlessly come off. Really simple design. Set up and tear down has been incredibly faster than using wing nuts. The only down side, if there is one, is the price of these things. Trick makes some of the most innovative and well made drum gear available and this is no exception, but these are pricey! These are finely crafted, precision made locks and are a smart choice for cymbal locks, but the price may prevent some from trying them out. They are worth it if you need to save time and have the money. I have not owned other cymbal locks so I cannot compare them to others out there.
