    I needed a Ratchet in an emergency, and this was one of the only ones I could get in time. It did what it was supposed to, but the quality of it was not as expected. I was hoping for something a little more well built.

    The unit I received didn't look like the picture, it wasn't finished the same. But, it was put together well, and sounded great for the song I needed it for. Now that I've used it for the one performance for which I purchased it, the kids have assumed ownership and are using it to make robot plays and songs in our family theatre for a captured audience (the living room - ha!)

    The ratchet I got did not look like the one on the site and was not really finished. I snugged all the screws in and still found the alignment of wheel to the drag sticks crooked. It worked for the show I did, but I will exchange it for one that has more integrity to the construction and conviction to the sound produced, if there is such a thing available.
