Rhythm sticks are colorful with rounded ends and can be played with rhythmic patterns in conjunction with or against another player by color coding. These sticks are very fun in the classroom!     I use these rhythm sticks with my class of preschoolers. We scrape, drum, pound, hammer, etc. with our sticks and the paint transfers to the surface in which you play. I regret not buying lummi sticks.
