Basically this thing is easy to use, small, and can be very helpful especially when combined with the app but it's not consistent. It will regularly jump from one HZ number to another, For example, I hit the drum and it reads 193 hz then I tap again and it says 340 hz.

Love it, Learned more about drum tuning in 3 days of learning to use this than in all my past. They have excellent online instructions and setups you can use. I listed a Con as you need a quiet environment, i.e. if the band is warming up or there is too much noise I doubt it would work well, but I knew that when I bought it. I don't think they make a devices that measures head lug tension and pitch combined yet.

I found that using this in conjunction with a Evans torque key makes tuning drums a lot easier and more accurate. it is my opinion that the tune bot is as valuable a tool to a drummer as a Snark is to a guitarist.
