      For higher frequencies (5000–6400 Hz) the absorption coefficient remains around 0.5–0.6. The open-cell polyurethane foam has a characteristic peak absorption of 0.9–1, around 3000 Hz. For higher frequencies (5000–6400 Hz), the absorption is around 0.8.
