The weighted base mic stand has been reduced in weight and also features a classic round shape. The stand is stackable and compatible with other stackable Ultimate Support stand models. Standard 5/8" threading design.

    I was tired of asking sound engineers for a second mic stand (to hold my tablet), as well as specifying a straight stand so to be out of the way of a tripod stand (main muc stand). This Ultimate stand has a super-solid and compact base (cutaway on base), and adjusts easily.

    Works great to hold the keyboard accessory tray to support my mixer, and the smaller base (versus a tripod) doesn't interfere with the pedals from my keyboard stack.
