DISCLAIMER: great amp, just needs new tubes! The previous owner of this amp has described what sounds like “screeching” after about an hour of play. We have diagnosed this to be caused by a faulty tube and will operate as expected with a fresh set. The tubes in the amp are two EL84’s, two 12AX7A’s, and one 12AX7B.
