I am a beginner in every sense of the word. My first banjo was a Savannah I found in a barracks room... basically a toy. Learned a few rolls and Cripple Creek, so I guess you could say it's getting pretty serious. Didn't want to pony up for a real professional rig, and this B10 was right in the sweet spot price wise. Set it up today, and WOW. Great tone, beautiful craftsmanship, straight, strong. But then again, what do I know? I'm no expert.
