Special order: Place an order for this item today and we’ll get it to you soon.

Description
As a professional, you don't have time for interference, so dbx includes a ground lift switch in the dB12 active direct box to solve potential hum and buzz problems due to ground loops. And between the combined shielding of the cast metal chassis and the custom-wound transformer, you can be doubly assured of a clean signal free from interference. All of this sits atop a solid, stable footprint, that will keep the dB12 direct box from being dragged around the stage. Unique contoured underside allows secure stacking of multiple dbx dB12 Active Direct Box units.

Best active DI box for the money!

Seriously, does DBX make anything that isn't awesome? All their stuff is great, and this is no different! The sheer fact that this is a direct box that flawlessly handles speaker-level signals and costs only a Benjamin is enough reason to get this. Add onto it that it's stackable with other db10 and db12 direct boxes makes it great for when you have alot of stuff with stereo outputs and you need multiple boxes like I do. I've run my synthesizer and bass amp through this at line-level, but I've also used it with speaker-level guitar amps (both solid state and tube) and it sounds fantastic no matter what I plug into it! Bang for the buck, there isn't a better DI Box! Get it now!!!
