    This drum has a great sonic crack. The simple chrome-plated steel shell is very nicely realized and the throw-off works perfectly. I like that this piccolo is 14" in diameter, giving you the most head options. It's a very affordable snare that is more versatile than most piccolos and could be used as a primary snare drum.
