Description
With their superb tracking ability, ddrum triggers set a new standard of drum trigger mechanics. With absolutely no adhesives required, the ddrum triggers clamp onto the sides of standard drum hoops.
The specially designed transducer is softly pressed against the bass drumhead. The advantages are obvious; you can change drum heads over and over without damaging the transducer, the metal casing protects the trigger from accidental drum hits and the ultra-light pressure of the transducer against the head prevents any "damping" effect.

Features
- Playing dynamics are recognized in a "natural way," allowing for a realistic dynamic response across the entire kick drumhead (from the center of the head to the rim)
- Double triggering problems are reduced
- The special design trigger reduces cross-talk problems
- Together with ddrum sound modules, cross talk and double triggering are totally eliminated. No muffling is needed
- Fits most types of molded hoops
- No adhesive is needed
- Sturdy construction
- All parts interchangeable

I used this particular model approx 14 years ago, but a whole set for all my drums to duplicate my studio to most any live situation and never had a problem. I'm only using the kick trigger for recording purposes only as I'm only doing recordings and not live. I realize there are now newer models / upgrades, but as I said, I never had a problem with this particular model so why change it.

This is a wonderful product, I know this because I have owned more than one. These are great for both recording, and live shows! They will make any drum sound clean and tight. I always get complements on their performance. The only downfall to these bad boys is the wiring. It will hold up if your not too rough. so just be careful
Pro Acoustic Trigger

This is the easiest trigger to use on an acoustic kit. I have used many others with much more difficulty mounting to different kits. It is also well built and sturdy. Unlike others that are light, bendable metals. I play 3 to 5 nights a week and chose this for the above reasons. After a month of use it stopped working. Other triggers had a longer life span for less money. I was looking forward to using this "pro" model for at least a year. But it was a disappointment. When it worked it worked well.
