Unused Funds

I was contacted about unused funds I have with you. Is this legit?

Due to state and local law, if unused funds are on a customer’s account after a certain period of time, those either need to be used or sent to the state as unclaimed. We have informed you of the available funds to help you redeem it on some great gear!

If the funds aren’t used they’re turned over to the state as abandoned property at which time you will be required to submit a claim with the State in order to recover them.
