The sE Electronics Reflexion Filter X gives home studio artists and musicians access to professional-grade acoustic treatment technology at an affordable price. The RF-X, sE's innovative portable vocal booth, provides unparalleled vocal isolation using a patented 4-layer filter design. Comprised of a vented composite shell, wool layer, air gap, and acoustic foam, the RF-X effectively absorbs unwanted reflections and background noise to capture stunningly pure vocal takes in any recording environment.

Revolutionary 4-Layer Filter Technology

At the heart of the RF-X is sE's groundbreaking 4-layer filter technology which neutralizes unwanted reflections across all frequencies for zero sonic coloration. The outer composite shell is vented to allow the multi-layer filter to breathe, followed by a wool layer to absorb high frequencies, an air gap, and dense acoustic foam to trap lower frequencies—all working in harmony to produce crystal-clear recordings with stunning detail and realism.

Rugged Yet Portable Design

Designed with portability and durability in mind, the RF-X features a lightweight clamp assembly allowing it to be easily mounted onto any mic stand. New composite materials provide enhanced strength and weather-resistance compared to previous models, enabling the RF-X to handle demanding environments from home studios to live venues and beyond. The RF-X collapses into an ultra-compact size for maximum transportability between recording sessions.

Unrivaled Performance and Value

While the RF-X was engineered to fit any budget, sE refused to compromise on performance. Identical 4-layer filter technology and premium components as sE's acclaimed Reflexion Filter PRO provide the same degree of isolation and transparency music professionals have relied on for years. With its rugged build, versatile mounting options, and superior portability, the RF-X delivers exceptional results at an unbeatable value, redefining what's possible for home studios and musicians on a budget.

Premium sE Quality and Support

Like all sE products, the RF-X is handcrafted to the highest standards and backed by sE's exceptional 5-year global warranty and award-winning support. Experience the performance, portability and value only sE can deliver.

Great addition to my home studio!

This product is amazing I ordered one just to have and the price was good. I do have studio treatment and for the longest time did not think I would need to purchase one of these I'm glad I did though because after the first use I could instantly tell it made an improvement to my overall sound! Now if you don't have studio treatment of focus on that first or purchase a more expensive filter but this gets the job done beautifully! I'm glad I purchased it and would recommend all those reading this to get one as well!

Be careful...

I like it to a certain extent. I had to be careful not to enclose it too much, for the sound quality changed. It began to push the high mids with my U87 and 149. And forget it with my Royers...it still had too much reflection. If I opened it up to about 100% it worked fine. But to be honest, recording without any back reflection and worked on the placing of the mic in the best possible position in my vocal room, worked best.

I have the booth and stand I lost the part that holds the mic to the stand. I was wondering if I can just buy that part separate? Thank you!
