strandberg Boden Original NX 6 Electric Guitar Autumn Red

Description
The individual bridge pieces on the Boden Original NX 6 play a vital role in the Boden’s unique acoustic character—clear, organic and balanced with a fast and articulate pick attack. The Rev 7 hardware bridge pieces feature a self-locking mechanism for the saddles for improved robustness and tone transfer as well as quick and easy string action adjustments. The unique hardware and tonewoods combine to provide a sound that is at once warm and woody as well as tight and punchy, and which is amazingly responsive to the most minute subtleties of your touch.
Electronics-wise, the Boden Original NX 6 is equipped with Suhr passive pickups (SSH+ in the bridge and SSV in the neck) to deliver the natural acoustic characteristics of the guitar faithfully to your favorite amplification systems, while also offering the sonic flexibility to suit virtually all musical genres and playing styles.

The perfect endgame 6 string

Bought mine in-store a year and a half ago while I was already saving to ship one from the factory, absolutely 0 regrets. It's very easy to set up and has lots of support on the Strandberg site. Very quick fretboard and can be set very low with no fret buzz. Also extremely light and well balanced, it's sometimes confusing if you're ever going from this to a heavy LP. The neck and multiscale feels super natural and you get used to it in a few minutes. Great tone versatility. Lots of clarity in clean tones and a bunch of low end for distorted and crunchy tones. You could use this in any genre and get away with it. My only complaint so far has been that turning my volume knob down all the way sometimes doesn't work and it goes back to maximum. This isn't an issue for me since I don't play live, but definitely something I would make sure is functional (as with any guitar). My other Strandberg doesn't have this issue. If one is in the store close to you and you're in the market for one, give it a try. These are a rare find in GC depending on the location, so do not miss your chance! (I worked in the back, we never got a single one in the whole year I worked there. Got lucky with a return)
