    Fender came with poor stock output jack that caused a lot of static noise when recording. Replaced it with this jack which is more stable.

    I recently swapped my Fender Player Strat's SSH pickups to '57/'62 SSS pickups, and my first attempt was so horrid, I left so much solder on the jack and instead of cleaning it, I wanted to start fresh with a new jack on my second attempt. It went great - and this jack is nice and tight. Sounds great, does exactly what it needs to do.
