    The drum manager, Rob, was very diligent in helping me find conga heads for a custom set I own. He tried to get an exact match but Center's inventory didn't have what I could use. He refunded my purchase right away and recommended another specialty store.

    Very difficult to size the correct head to the congas. I ended up returning the heads for other ones, but perhaps may be just right for another set of congas. As for the texture of the head, as natural as you can get.

    The conga Head is a nice head that looks good on the conga and also sounds good on the conga. has a nice crisp sound and sounds better than the original conga head that was on the conga from the factory. i will be buying another one for my other conga's very soon.
