Upon purchasing my first studio monitors I thought I would need speaker cables so I bought these by D'addario. Used them for a while and they worked fine. Read something online stating XLR/TRS cables work for the same purpose and are shielded, never used these again.

  • Best answer for my basic need.

I use these as a patch cord from a pedal to my amp input. The 2 straight ends work best for me particularly for the amp in. I am only using a single pedal with no board.
