I use this when tuning my guitars, with the electonic tuner at the same time. It does not run out of power at the wrong time like the electronic tuners.

Works fine. Flats in the rubber molded part work well to give you somewhere to put your fingers. The little red band/o-ring that is there to indicate that it is an "A" tuning fork, does not stay on the handle; pops out of the recess that holds it all the time. Very annoying.
