The Blues Bottle slide will take you back to pre-depression Mississippi, where blues masters used medicine bottle slides to form the roots of modern day blues. Blues Bottle slides are individually hand-blown of durable, seamless Pyrex glass. The weighted, closed ends provide optimum balance.

Nice slide but for me it's a little more cumbersome? Love my Dunlap 212 glass slide though!!!

  • I would buy this again.

I ordered the new slide because my glass slide fell & broke. The new slide works great.

To choose the right size Dunlop Blues Bottle Wall Glass Slide, you'll want to consider your finger size, playing style, and desired tone. Here's how to pick the right one: Size Options: Small: Fits pinky or smaller ring fingers. Medium: Fits most ring fingers. Large: Fits middle fingers or larger ring fingers. How to Measure: Measure the circumference of the finger you’ll use for sliding. Compare it with the inner diameter of the slide: Small: ~17-18 mm Medium: ~19-20 mm Large: ~21-22 mm For blues or faster playing, lighter slides (smaller/lower mass) allow more control. For sustain and tone, a thicker, heavier slide (like the Blues Bottle) adds warmth and sustain. If you're unsure, medium is a safe starting point for most players.
