Inspired by the original 1970s Music Man designs, the StingRay RS features a lightweight okoume body, passive electronics and a super smooth modern tremolo for exceptional playability and performance. It's outfitted with Alnico 5 humbucking pickups that deliver a bold, powerful tone.

The StingRay RS model includes a comfortable asymmetric neck made from roasted figured maple with rosewood or roasted maple fingerboard (depending on finish). It also boasts locking Schaller tuners, a compensated nut and 22 stainless-steel frets, ensuring durability and superb tuning stability up and down the fretboard.

    This guitar is not only beautiful, but it has excellent sound, and a fantastic neck. "The Governor" definitely lives up to its hype. I have played a lot of electric guitars and this one is right up there with the very best. I am so happy that I bought this…well worth the price.
