    Bottom line I enjoy Evans heads over any other brand. The way they sit on the drums and the easy tuning they give us just good for any type of level drummer out there. Personally like a deep muffled sound coming out but these G1 as reso with the black chrome I have give a good sound.

    I used these for my bottom reso heads. They sounded nice with the Evans ec2s frosted heads.

    I just bought these for my Yamaha drum set (12",13",16") and I love the sound of them now. I have always had stock resonant heads and finally decided to upgrade and I'm very glad that I did. I have Evans EC2 coated batter heads and I love the sound that this combination has given me, it was just what I was wanting.

    these heads gave me the tone i was looking for very good heads they have a good feel from every stroke from the stick they are very durable from hard hits for the hard hitters i would recommend this products that is a rocker they rock note (if u are miking these heads make sure to use damping gel and damping rings because the sustain from them causes a lot of fed back in the mic) but acoustically they are awesome
