What drew me to this bass was the neck! It has the best feel and playability over all my other basses. After a slight set up it plays like butter. I also like the color, I've named her Ice Queen, just a classy look, it definitely stood out hanging out with all the other basses. You can get the pickups and electronics in other fender basses for a little less $$$. So the sound is going to come from your heart through your fingers ! Also the body contour is perfect, it just hugs you nicely. Buying this was not as painful for me as I traded some gear for it that I was no longer using. I think the biggest barrier for a lot of players is the price point, you are getting near used custom shop money. But I fell in love with it and could get it so I am happy.
Truly something special.

My goodness this thing is fun. I've never played anything so effortlessly in my life. Plays, sounds and vibrates so smooth it's like silk to the ears and fingers. Truly a masterpiece. Worth every penny on my gear card :)
