Four Scarlett Preamps Let You Record Pristine Vocals and Instruments
At the heart of the Scarlett 4i4 Gen 4 interface are four of Focusrite's famously clean and quiet Scarlett preamps. They have plenty of headroom to handle everything from subtle acoustic guitars to loud drum kits without clipping or adding noise. The preamps also provide phantom power so you can use high-end condenser mics for vocals and acoustic instruments. With this software arsenal, you have an end-to-end solution for crafting professional recordings in your home studio.
Flexible Mixing With Independent Controls
A key feature of the Scarlett 4i4 Gen 4 interface is its independent controls for headphone and monitor outputs. You can dial in separate mixes for tracking versus playback. Musicians can hear a cue mix in their headphones while you listen to a zero-latency monitor mix for more accurate tracking.
