Excellent Bag!!

I got this bag, the 18x46, to fit all my hardware and rack instead of having 2 cases. I opened it up and it seems to be an excellent size to do just that. Feels like very good quality and soft inside with padded straps inside to hold everything down. Can't wait to use it at my next gig :)

Material Not Durable!!

I previously reviewed this bag and believe I spoke too soon. As the other person stated it needs more reinforcement on the bottom, especially the bigger bag. Also this "durable" material cannot take any abuse. It seems i have a new tear after every gig, sure maybe sometimes it rubs but i never abuse it or had this problem with my other bag i had for 8 years. I believe it is just too big for what it can handle and the material is not as tough as previously thought. Sure everything fits inside but once inside it is clumsy and unstable even with the straps.

I have been a drummer for a loooooong time. I recently bought an electronic kit and needed a good case to transport it. The Gator and a small Anvil case combined Do the trick.

  • Had one of these since 2009 and am ordering an additional 1.

Had one for 8 years and am adding second one to gig schtuff to make getting in and out MUCH easier. In current one: Mic stands, keyboard stand. rugs, banner-tube, and stools. In new one: Truss uprights and cross members, speaker stands, and keyboard. Oh yeah, we also strap our guitars to the top so don't have to carry them. So yeah, we like it!

This bag is the bomb! I play small, local clubs in my area with a 4 piece setup which I carry to the gigs in a small hatchback. This bag carries all my drums stands, throne, mic stands, stick bag and a near field monitor with room to spare. I'm extremely happy with this purchase for my application.

This bag is just great for me and what I do . Easy packing with lots of space in the smaller size bag with the easy to use velcro locking straps. Very solid wheels and handling was smooth. The bag is very durable and has straps on the outside for easy lifting into the trunk. Perfect fit for me and what I do.

I am a leftie who plays a right-handed set so for me the tom holder was a way to move the toms right over my smare. I have Tama drums and this holder fits nicely with my existing set. I also use the ride quite a bit so this enabled me to move the ride up and over the bass drum; more of a fusion set-up. I haven't lost any freedom and I can recommend this product!
