The 1957 SJ-200's Thermally Aged Sitka spruce top pairs with hand-selected maple back and sides to produce a big, rich tone with incredible volume. The aging process helps the top resonate more freely, enhancing the low end and creating a more balanced tone overall.

Maple Neck and Ebony Fingerboard Provide Smooth Playability

A high-quality maple neck joined to an ebony fingerboard offers a slick playing feel. The neck's traditional profile and 25.5" scale length provide a familiar feel for most guitarists. Crown position markers made of genuine mother-of-pearl add a touch of elegance.

Iconic Appointments Honor Vintage Tradition

A two-piece maple bridge, floral pickguard, and "stinger" headstock recreate the SJ-200's iconic look. The bridge's compensated saddle enhances intonation while bone nut and saddle improve tone. Gold Kluson tuners provide smooth, accurate tuning.
