Description
Gibson is thrilled to introduce the ES-339 Figured Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar. This sleek semi-hollowbody was designed for players seeking a full tone in a lightweight, compact instrument. The ES-339 Figured is now available in a stunning Sixties Cherry finish with eye-catching AAA figured maple veneers.
Lightweight Maple Body Resonates with Warmth
The ES-339 Figured's maple body is chambered for resonance while remaining lightweight. Its arched top and f-holes further enhance sustain and projection. The result is a lively tone with woody warmth and nuance.
Hand-Wired Electronics and Humbuckers Dial in Classic Gibson Sound
Gibson's hand-wired control assembly uses high-quality components for transparent tone shaping. The ES-339 Figured is loaded with a pair of 57 Classic humbuckers, producing the sought-after sound of vintage PAF pickups with added punch.
The ES-339 Figured's rounded C-shaped neck and shorter 24.75" scale make extended playing sessions a breeze. The smooth rosewood fingerboard and narrow 1.69" nut accommodate any playing style with ease.
High-End Appointments Complete the Package
From its ABR-1 bridge to Grover tuners, the ES-339 Figured is equipped with premium hardware. Its triple-ply binding, block inlays and gloss nitrocellulose finish demonstrate Gibson's dedication to detail. Overall, the ES-339 Figured is a bold and stylish instrument built for tone and playability, available now at Guitar Center.
