Returning to the roots of a classic, this left-handed Les Paul Standard '50s oozes authenticity and serves as a reminder of Gibson's history of innovation. The traditional figured maple on mahogany construction and '50s neck profile bear a gorgeous nitro-lacquer finish for that legendary look. Looking back to the transition that took place in 1957, the guitar boasts calibrated Alnico II ProBucker pickups and handwired controls. A truly timeless electric that's as satisfying to play today as it was six decades ago, It's ready for your musical explorations.

Three questions: 1. Gibson had a price increase Monday, but this was purchased by GC before then, so will you take less for the guitar? 2. What is the weight of this model 3. Are pics of the guitar I would receive available. This is a stock photo it appears.

Why does the lefthanded version of this guitar have an indian laurel fretboard and the right handed have rosewood? Why does the lefthanded version have humbuckers and the right handed have probucker burst bucker pickups? Why does the lefthanded version have an Epiphone inlay in the headstock? These are all in the descriptions of both guitars. Why are they different? is the lefthanded version a knockoff epiphone for $2700? What is going on? I want the lefthanded version but not with the cheaper material.
