I've been playing the 6 string for 50+ years and owned over 100 different guitars and taking into account that every one likes some different this instrument is in a class by itself. I will say specifically if you're thinking about buying a Gibson Les Paul this guitar is heads and tails above any Les Paul ever made. I won't compare this guitar with any Fender Stratocaster because they are two very different guitars and it would be like comparing apples and oranges. That aside, if you're considering any other type of solid body six string with humbuckers this guitar is the finest factory made instrument that money can buy. The Japanese are truly very fine luthiers and they are indeed perfectionists when it comes to making stringed instruments and this is an example of what they produce. This isn't an inexpensive guitar but you really only get what you pay for. So as I said, if you're thinking about buying a Gibson Les Paul go play one of these instruments first and you'll see for yourself this guitar is the best there is in a solid body humbucking guitar and you'll be more than satisfied with your choice. It's a guitar you'll have for life!

This guitar is truly something special! The colorways are very cool, the gold hardware set the whole design off, the bt65 pickups are nice and warm but also bite good when you dig in a bit with some overdrive. The guitar sits well in a mix and leads stand out. Great for church music.
