This guitar has the most playable roasted maple neck with stainless steel frets I ever felt or played. All for under $600 crazy in todays economy. Plus a very good & unique selection of pick up variations. The possibilities are endless from jazz to metal just a really great sounding instrument overall . It's actually amazing how solid & stable the tuning is on this as well. The pictures online don't do it enough justice I feel. You have to see this in person to truly appreciate how gorgeous looking the black flame maple cap looks on this. I love the flame finishes on the Blue as well as the Burst models also. This quality at this price & being made in China only puts an end to any myth of this being inferior to anything made in any other country. Even when it come to its more expensive Korean & Premium Japanese cousin versions. I Love this as it is no reason to mod or throw money away like you would on most other guitars in same price range for sure. Well done Ibanez
I would highly recommend this guitar.

I just started playing like 3 months ago and thought I would get something decent. I was surprised at how good it looks, feels, and sounds. I like but will upgrade the bridge and pickups. I would highly recommend.

Just started playing. The neck has a great feel, and it's not to heavy. I like the versatility with the 10 total pickup combinations.
