Good deal and good feel.

It has a few cosmetic issues (a very small chip in the headstock, and some finish issues around the cutaway of the guitar), but they are very small, and I can over look that for the price. The fretboard was dry so it had to be oiled. It has great feel and speed, and the different tones that come from the 5 way are pretty cool. The hardware is good, but not great. They could use an upgrade. The pickups are surprisingly good, just dont expect top tier tone from them. Overall it's a pretty rad deal for a 7 string, and the blue finish is just sweet to look at.

This is my first seven-string, and I have to say, this is really good for the price. The guitar is so beautiful, and the fretboard makes shredding really easy. The tone is amazing, and I recommend this guitar to anyone who wants to try out a seven-string.
Just poor QC

Have bought several used guitars from GC over the years with no issue but... Seems that Guitar Center did not set up this guitar prior to shipping. Ibanez's factory setup was way subpar. New was way bowed, Ive never had to turn the truss rod so much on a new guitar just to get it to play. Have buzzing frets everywhere and is in serious need of leveling. Sucks that I have to take it somewhere and waste $ to get set up before I even get to play it (thanks to COVID, its been hanging on the wall for the last 2 months). I regret this purchase. Will probably never buy a guitar from GC without actually going to the store again.
