Jackson

collapse expand iconDescription

The Jackson Dinky JS11 electric guitar delivers iconic tone and playability at an unbeatable price. This swift, deadly guitar features a poplar body, bolt-on maple speed neck and 12"-radius amaranth fingerboard for effortless soloing and chording.

High-Output Pickups Provide Pristine Distortion

The Dinky JS11 is equipped with a pair of Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets that crank out screaming distortion and crunchy overdrive. A three-way toggle switch lets you select the bridge pickup for an aggressive tone, the neck pickup for a warmer sound or both pickups together for a blend of transparent clarity and thickness.

Tremolo Bridge Adds Expression

A synchronized fulcrum tremolo bridge provides subtle pitch manipulation for emotive lead playing. This responsive tremolo system is designed to keep the guitar in tune even after heavy use, allowing you to perform radical dive bombs and squeals without losing pitch accuracy.

Speed Neck and Jumbo Frets Enable Shredding

The Dinky JS11 features a bolt-on maple speed neck with a thin, flat back contour for a fast feel. Its 12" fingerboard radius and jumbo nickel frets make string bends and rapid solos a breeze. A graphite reinforcement rod provides superior stability under the tension of heavy distortion and aggressive techniques.

Sleek White Finish Commands the Stage

Finished in gloss polyurethane, the Dinky JS11 looks as fierce as it sounds. Black hardware, including die-cast tuners, strap buttons and a synchronized fulcrum tremolo bridge, provides an edgy contrast to the bright white finish. Weighing just over 7 pounds, this lightweight shred machine is built for hours of comfortable playing.

Decided that I wanted to learn to play and got the red version of the JS11. It's worked great so far and I'm happy with my purchase. Only issue I've noticed is some buzz on a couple of the strings. #sweepstakes

The looks of this guitar are really reminiscent of late 80's-90's Jacksons, which is what I love most about this guitar. The fretwork on mine was great, although i've heard some have come with sharp fret edges. The pickups were OK, but that is to be expected at this price range of guitar. I replaced the stock pickups with an EMG, now it's truly a killer both in style and sound.

After a while of being too busy to continue playing my guitar. I decided to get this Jackson Dinky. Great sound and body. At an affordable price.

I got the snow white color of this Jackson. The reason it has 4 stars is because it came with high action out of the box. But after adjusting it myself and setting up the intonation properly, it sounds awesome! I have tried many guitars of different brands and Jackson takes the cake. If you are looking to start rocking, get a Jackson!

  • I would buy again , not bad playing.

The JS11 comes with a 2-point fulcrum tremolo system, and the tremolo arm is usually a screw-in style, not a pop-in one. So if you're replacing or upgrading the trem arm, look for a 6mm threaded tremolo arm compatible with import-style bridges
