    This is a difficult review to write. The congas are awesome, but the experience of purchasing them was horrible. I first ordered them through my local Guitar Center store, and they were shipped to my home. They arrived damaged. The cartons that LP uses for shipping aren't adequate to protect the congas in transit. They rattle around in the boxes and punch holes in the sides. So I took the congas back to the store. The store was going to reorder them, but they were going to charge a $69.95 restocking fee. So I got my money back and ordered them through another store. The first set I got through that store arrived damaged, too, so I took them back and ordered another set. Finally a set came through in acceptable condition. As for the drums, the sound is very similar to the LP Aspire congas, which I've used in the past. Very nice for the price.

    We will need to amplify the sound for better sound mix, but these Congas are very well made and they have great sound.
