Lock it and Forget it !
Great strap...i reluctantly admit when i had my PRS McCarty 594 i had to cut my strap holes wider because PRS uses such a wide strap peg. So now the straps were basically falling off my Strat and i had to find something that would hold, and this little baby does the job and then some, it never fails to give a tight locking fit and easily goes on and off with just a short break in period on the leather opening, but otherwise works great, and easy purchase for anyone that is worried about dropping their guitar with a loose or old strap...this baby will work for years to come.

These straps are NOT built to last, & after about a year...
These straps are NOT built to last, & after about a year, your guitar will start falling to the floor. About a year ago, I was in the market for a locking strap. I did about a weeks worth of research, and after seeing Lock-its You Tube video, I was sure this was the one. So I bought TWO of 'em that day, one for my main guitar, an ESP Explorer, and for my back-up, a Gibson Les Paul Studio. And things were fine. For about 11 months. When, in the middle of practice, my ESP goes sailing for the floor. I was STUNNED !!! Luckily I caught it, before it smashed on the ground. I re-attatched it, I INSPECTED IT for about 2-3 minutes, it seemed fine. So I brushed it off as a one-time freak accident. UNTIL IT HAPPENED AGAIN, later that night. Sure enough, it continued dropping, & after the 5th or 6th time, I threw it in the garbage, & pulled the one off of the Les Paul. That worked for about 2 weeks, until THE SAME THING. I would check, double check, & triple check that it was securely on. 3 or 4 songs into the set, & my guitar was flying to the floor. THESE STRAPS ARE NOT BUILT TO LAST, AND WILL GIVE OUT AFTER ABOUT A YEAR.

I was picking up my guitar and asked the clerk if they had any plain straps. He pointed me to a box that had the lock straps. These are the same straps that I purchased for my ESP guitars. But they are 10 or so, dollars cheaper.
Not only comfy but trustworthy

OK, but disappointed the ends are not leather. Quality of strap material itself is much better by brands like DiMarzio. Build a better strap and raise the price a view bucks!!

Fits like a charm. Holds guitar in place. No need to buy strap locks anymore
