    ...like...i use my wood handle scraper so many ways...the wire part the wood...on fiberglass plastic alloy skins nearly any of my drums or percussion styles i use this to get various grooves with...a fantastic scrape/striker Meinl holds up well to anything i give it...strikers skins alloy...try not to be afraid of Meinl...start small perhaps a loop shaker...then build up more complex....Meinl....
