I bought the entire series and have been working in week one building up the speed necessary to play the licks. It offers backing tracks and Andy James does a great job explaining things to where even a beginner could understand it. You will need a metronome in order to work up speed for these DVDs. The licks themselves aren't horribly complicated but they do spawn other ideas and inspire me to clean up my current playing. Practice with them or by yourself once you understand the lesson and it will improve your playing.
