Monster Does Not Honor their Warranty

I used one of these Prolink bass cables for a few years and it started to crackle and cut out. Monster will not honor their lifetime warranty and exchange the cable. Please consider purchasing from another manufacturer like Mogami, Livewire, etc who is better to their customers.
Yes, I will purchase this product again!

I've been a semi pro musician for over 20 years. I use monster whenever I can. Great quality, great construction. You can purchase more expensive cables, but this is the one for me .I've worked in a few Audio/Video shops and monster was our go to brand. Great stuff for the money!

I purchased an earlier version of this cable that, after 2 years, started to crackle. I then asked Monster to replace the cabler per their warranty. However, they ghosted me for 6 months. Finally, when they got back to me, they sent me the entry-level cable as a replacement.
