Really good for a cheap price

This mic stand is really good especially if you're a beginner looking for something cheap. Its really easy to get it in the right position. The stand is a little shaky but for the price you probably won't find anything better. I would definitely recommend it for everyone.

Do you want the worst mic stand ever?! Here it is folks!

This is the worst mic stand ever. I put my SMB47 on it and not only in the FIRST DAY of me having it did the screw that keeps the arm in break but then I realized the only thing holding it together is plastic! Not to mention the fact that when I emailed the company they basically told me to deal with it. On top of all of this it is unstable. WITHOUT a mic on it, it will just fall over for no reason. I would feel more comfortable with my microphones on the floor then I am with it on this stand. Did I mention the fact that the legs are so poorly made that straight out of the box the legs are not level or stable. Moral of the story NEVER buy this. It was a waste of money. Put your mic on the tower of Pisa and it will be more stable and up right then this piece of garbage.

I use this mic stand for my home studio and it has been working well for me. I also plan to use it for my mobile DJ events.

This is quite possibly the worst piece of gear I've purchased. Sadly, another great American company has succumbed to the profitability of cheap Chinese produced products at the expense of quality and customer service. If it were an option I'd give the product zero stars.

  • It works - not great but usable

I'm decently happy with this mic stand. It's not super premium quality but if you have something that won't be moved around a lot it will work. If you need to move it a lot I think it will wear out quicker than a high quality one.

  • Yep, nice stands.

The upper part of the arm has a threaded end where you can attach either the mic clip or the shock mount (depending on which mic you're using.)
