Pretty Good

I have two of Live Wire's Advantage Cable's, one from guitar to effects and one from effects to amp. They work pretty good, but i wanted a longer cable so that I could move around more. I bought one of these for my guitar to effects cable. One really good thing about this cable is that it has the tweed covering, so the cable doesn't get tangled very easily. I only give it four stars because it doesn't have much different sound quality than my previous cables. Gold is more conductive than whatever material they use on the ring part of the cable, I think it's nickel or something. Other advantage is that on the straight connector on these cables, it is heat shrunk, so it's hard to unscrew the thingy. I know that's a big problem I had with the advantage cables that I have. That is all.

no i would not

Cable is fine except straight end plug was smashed. Just got around to using this cable now. I was able to get it into shape by using pliers. It was smashed down so it would not go into input jack.. Evidently noone looked at this cable before it was put into the box to be shipped. Disappointed. Cable does work, but end will most likely fail prematurely because of damage..
