This 18” or 24" tall stool is at a fixed height and features a 6” x 12” adjustable backrest. It features 7/8” 18-gauge steel tubing, 5/8” foot rings that are welded to each leg at four contact points for added rigidity.

The seat is a full 14” diameter with an 11 1/2” diameter masonite board recessed into the pan with 8 rivets. It will not chip or crack. Non-marring polypropylene glides protect your floor. This model is solid black.

The durable construction and classic design of the black 6200 Series heavy-duty stools are ideal for hands-on educational settings like art rooms, science labs, home economics or shop classrooms. Select 18" or 24".

Sturdy Little Utility Stool

This short stool is incredibly sturdy and solid, and is a great basic utility stool. For $80, I was expecting nicer materials than a particle board top and powder coated steel, such as real wood and stainless steel. For this reason, I am deducting one star as I am worried about the long term durability of these materials with daily use. The stool came fully assembled and was packaged very safely. Overall, this is a nice little stool that can be used for a multitude of things, even as a step stool.

Good for work projects!

I loved the fact that this stool came intact. I didn't have to put it together at all, just pulled it out of the box and viola! That said, I received this product for free from influenster in exchange for my honest review. When I selected the product I was under the impression it would be much taller,bas I planned to use it for my work studio. I was quite shocked to see how small it actually is, it's not sized well enough to sit comfortably at a folding table. It is however very durable and sturdy. It doesn't rock and seems to be well made. It is not comfortable at all, it's hard in top and can definitely use some cushion. I do like the fact that it has an adjustable option to make the stool taller or shorter as needed and an optional back support piece. I didn't receive 5he adjustable legs or the back support so I am unable to provide a review on that but it is nice to know it does exists. When I went to the company's website it seems it is only sold as a set so I'm unsure if I can somply order the parts or not. In any case, of you simply need a sturdy and durable stool to use and comfort is not your priority, this will get the job done!

    This stool arrived already put together in a pretty substantial box, I was pleasantly surprised! It's very sturdy, well put together and looks quite attractive in my home. The top surface of the stool is made from a type of pressed board that will stain/discolor if it gets wet but aside from that this is a very nice stool.

    Sometimes it's not easy to find good quality staple products, so I was definitely impressed with the quality of this stool. My husband uses it as seating for his work bench in the garage and not only is it sturdy but it's comfortable as well. It is made well, comes in handy, and will be useful for many years to come.

    I received this product from Insfluenster for an honest review. The stool is heavy and durable. No need to assembly. This stool also is well built , can hold up to 220lbs man.

    I received this item for free in exchange of my honest review. The stool is mainly metal and the top having a thin but durable type of wood, no issues and comfort level is what you expect out of a stool. Only thing I noticed was a little wobbly at first but husband was able to fix easily.

    I used this stool to put my plant on to elevate it from my dogs who kept running into it when playing. It actually had a wider base than I anticipated, which works out well, and it came fully assembled. The aesthetic is classroom/industrial.
