I purchased one of these par 20 fixtures previously and was very impressed with its ease-of-use and quality. I use these fixtures for colored light therapy, and find that when combined with the proper type of light bulb they produce good results.

The last reviewer is obviously not a professional lighting person. I own an Event Lighting Co. and I use Par 20's all the time. No, they don't work for a Disco Dance Floor. I use them at Wedding Receptions a lot. They are great for uplighting small trees and bush areas, wrapping around interior/exterior columns, setting inside stacks of wine barrels and on and on. They are also great for theater lighting, the Actors can "pass through" subtle color changes. As an artist, only using high powered lights is like painting a picture only using a 2 inch brush. • Maybe big enough for an ant party

These can lights are so small that they could only be used to light a party for ants and maybe small spiders. I could see a few small arachnids getting down to some Funky Town and getting excited under these lights. For any human being with less than 20/10 eyesight, you may have a hard time even noticing there are lights in the room.
