    Purchased new around October of 2018 and I loved the sound quality and build quality right out of the box. But never expected it to last me this long after hundreds of events and past 2 controllers! The secret here is that I always kept the cable inside my DJ controller case with the other end plugged in. The only "maintenance" I do is just clean the tips with a dry cloth.

    Before purchasing this cable, I was using my Roland DJ 808 with it's stock USB cable, which sounded a bit harsh. The sound quality didn't compare to that of CDJs. From there, I try out at least 4 different USB cables. One sounded great but gave me latency issues and the other sounded worse than the first one but with decreased latency and no dropouts. Still unsatisfied, I've decided to try out this cable. Now I've seen Professional DJs use these cables quiet often in large big name festivals so I assume it must be great. I was already excited when I recieved my product and as soon as I loaded up my first track using this cable. WOW! NOW I'M IMPRESSED! My music sounds more dynamic and crystal clear. Not only did it improve sound quality, but it reduced the latency. I also like how thick and well made this cable is. I know it is a bit pricey, but it's well worth the try. Now I see and hear why many Pro DJs use these cables.

    So far since I've had it and I do several events during the month including an online radio broadcast that reaches people in over 150 countries. No sound drop-outs at all.
