Frets were AWFUL. Had to do a complete fret leveling, crowning, and polishing right out of the box. Dead saddle on 3rd string. PRS nuts are garbage, replaced with Tusq. Also bought PRS Vintage style locking tuners which have WAY too much slack in them. I have 3 PRS SE models and this was the only one that was this bad but all needed fret work of some sort. Kind of puts me off from buying a full fat model. I recently bought a Squier SE Strat that plays worlds better than any of the PRSs I own. My next LP-style guitar will be an LTD or a Sire. *This guitar was purchased at a local shop* so I can't speak to GC's customer service.

The neck the tone, everything is amazing!! Push pull pots add a nice touch of versatility. Amazing gigging guitar and have a nice chunky tone!! I'd recommend getting one of these. The necks are thinner than the older models and they play absolutely beautifully!! I feel like these are great for the money

This PRS guitar is very playable and has a short scale length making string bends easier. The fit and finish is great at this price point and compares to higher priced models. The finish is also beautiful. The other reviewer may have gotten a bad one but PRS builds great guitars, including the value priced SE line. I own 2 PRS SE line guitars and love them. Pick one up if you're on the fence.

I bought this PRS about a month ago first thing I noticed was the zipper on the gig bag was messed up no big deal if it's a good guitar right. Then I noticed some flaws in the finishing then fret buzzing then stripped out truss rod cover over all not happy.

Not a question. A correction. Someone above asked if this model has split coils. They were told no when it DOES in fact have split coils. You probably lost a sale. You should probably make sure people are getting correct information.
