    Very crisp sound with a nice cut. I tried several other brands in an 8" and this one just has a great tone to my ears. A bit expensive, but definately worth it. Could be used for any style of music! Listen to the sound sample on Paiste website; exactly the same.

    I've been playing a looong time, and still can't get over how consistent Paiste cymbals sound. I ordered this cymbal having never heard an 8" Paiste splash. But, I own a 10", so I had reasonable expectations, and just as I had hoped, it came in and sounds great - exactly as I anticipated. I would never try that with any other brand of cymbal.
